The front door is open until 9:00 p.m. After 9:00 p.m. you can use code that was sent to you. You may also use the poolside door on the south end of the hotel. The access code for the pool door will also be sent to you via e-mail and text.

ACCESSIBILITY

The elevator is located at the end of the north hallway on the first floor. There are luggage carts for your use next to the elevator. You may also use the stairs in the lobby if you prefer.

Crystal Bay Hotel is devoted to providing excellent facilities and amenities. Each of our spacious rooms has a private bath, mini-fridge, microwave, single-serve coffee maker, hairdryer, energy-efficient ac/heat unit for individual comfort, radio alarm clock, iron, ironing board, and housekeeping. Note - Due to our on-demand hot water system, hot water may take a few minutes to reach your room. We thank you for your patience and for helping us be environmentally friendly.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
Rest assured, Crystal Bay has implemented an Advanced Flu-Season Cleaning Protocol to help ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and staff. We are offering normal housekeeping services. For guests who prefer to decline housekeeping, we have a self-service area on the first floor by the elevator where you can find towels, shampoo, and other amenities.

PETS
Well-behaved pets are welcome at Crystal Bay Hotel. Please keep your pet leashed at all times when outside of your room. Guest is responsible for cleaning up after pet and disposing of items appropriately. If you want your room refreshed during your stay, your pet must be crated if you are not in the room.
POOL
Our pool, with a lounge patio, is located outside at the end of the south wing on the first floor. Spa towels are available in the alcove on your way to the pool. The pool is open from dawn to dusk each day. NOTE: The pool is open from dawn to dusk with modified usage.
ICE
Ice is available upon request from the Front Desk or in the cooler by the self-service area next to the elevator on the first floor.
SMOKING
There is no smoking permitted in any of the guest rooms, the veranda or any other areas inside the hotel. Smoking is permitted outside the library entrance in the garden area or on the 3rd-floor balcony.
