I always ask clients and patients “What’s your priority?” And they go through their own top three or four, and usually health is in the top three, because if you don’t have health, your family doesn’t mean anything. If you don’t have health, finances don’t mean anything. Nothing really means a lot if you do not have health. But what I point out to my patients is that if you do not have any time, that’s more important than health, because you could have all the health in the world, but if you don’t have any time left, health doesn’t matter.
Another priority should concern your spiritual being. The spiritual being is the soul essence that occupies the body. If this hadn’t been given to you by God, at the beginning of time, you would not exist. The soul is a number one priority, time is number two and then health is number three in priority
If health is truly the number three priority on your chart, then when something comes about, why don’t you address it immediately? I hear clients and patients say, “Well, I don’t want to hurt the person’s feelings. I don’t want to confront them. I don’t want to avoid them.” So, what you’re saying is, you’d rather stuff it in your body and hurt yourself.
What happens when you stuff it in your body that is tied and buried within you unconsciously and I literally see this in patients. The situation might have happened 70 years ago but the patient is still carrying it. Just by mentioning one word that is tied to the emotion of 70 years ago causes the body to tense up. Their blood pressure increases and the energy in his/her body starts shifting unfavorably. He/she doesn’t even know that it is happening.
So, when I say, “Go ahead. Take care of it immediately at all cost,” I mean it. There’s nothing more important. There’s nothing more important that you need to do right this second, and whatever it is, and I don’t care what it is, you need to take care of it this moment.
