![]() It’s not what goes into your mouth that causes illness. It’s what comes out of your mouth. Or, what doesn’t come out of your mouth and you hold and you bury and you stuff down into your consciousness.” Diet does play a role, but it’s not the cause. The cause of illness is “stinking thinking.” I see patients who eat well, they exercise, might even be vegan or vegetarian, but they have a health issue. When I first started working with patients, I quickly discovered that the commonality of all of the patients is disharmony or discourse in their life. There was something that they decided to allow to take their peace away. They chose to give up the peace of God for this thought. That’s the common thread. 100% of all the patients that I’ve worked with had an emotional event or series of events that triggered the body into manifesting a physical issue. What I have seen is that triggering event is often within 30 days of the first symptom. It might be a “loss of…” issue, such as a loss of a spouse, loss of a family member, loss of a house, loss of a job, loss of a 401k, loss of identity, real or unreal, imagined or not, but it is all too often tied to a loss. Additionally, the same response can occur due to a change, a change in household members, people coming, people going, change of corporate ownership, change of political office (Republican/Democrat), change of financial status (loss of income or wealth), or a changed view. They no longer view that child that way, their spouse that way, the government that way, their finances that way. So, it’s either a “loss of” issue or a type of change, a disruption of their life as they know it and a disruption of their sense of peace. Additionally, it might also be a loss of personal identity. They no longer see themselves as “that” person. Or, it might be the change in which they see another person, a family member, spouse, co-worker, or themselves that brings on dis-ease.
